we are currently looking for a new studio, for me, in London

drove up to town to check this place today

so much more affordable than you could possibly imagine and within our budget

but maybe just too far from centre-ville to be useful

underneath all those dusty floorboards there's a protected wooden floor and behind all the Stirling boards around the sides, there's wooden panelling

pretty special: would make an incredible studio

bastard to heat tho and no outside space, or near parking
