let the cats out for the first time in a week (that we've been in new farmhouse)

within the first 15 minutes 9 had killed a pigeon

within the first 30 minutes Zelenskyy had caught and was torturing a mouse to death

and hour later Zelenskyy had caught another mouse but i was tasked with finishing it off because mouse was beyond rescue and writhing in pain when we caught the cat torturing it

all cats are bastards

i HATE killing animals even if it HAS to be done to be kind

i swear the mouse looked me in the eye and squeaked 'please dont kill me' before i did :(
