another hot day at farm

Zelenskyy and 9 are not having a fun time sharing a small space and getting used to their new home, one room at a time.

yesterday they were both shut in the utility room

today they've been between there and the kitchen

i have tooth ache.

my dentist is on holiday till 21st august

he has been my dentist for aprox 40 years

no other dentist will do

at 6pm, we drove to dymchurch to catch some sea breeze after a roasting hot day

had an exhaustive search for fish and chips that weren't in dymchurch (where there were plenty)

ended up in folkestone at the only open fish and chip shoppe we could find within 20miles.

we were eventually served by a zombie girl, just as i was about to blow a fuse.

30 mins later she located the haddock that had been sat waiting for us and passed it over, after licking her fingers and passing us forks the business-end.

we ate with our fingers as we drive back to farmhouse.
