i'm not certain this would be ULEZ compliant

but i'm pretty sure you'd avoid the congestion charge (due to it's age) despite causing extreme congestion

these guys were clearly relishing the opportunity to ride 7mph down a main road with 50+ cars stuck behind them

as charming as this mode of high-polluting transport is, choosing to ride it on the a272 at rush hour on a friday caused me to share a hand gesture of my own

it would only take me 6hrs to drive to London in such a vehicle

parking would be an issue

and it doesn't even seem to have much storage capacity: the boot's full of coal
