white boys and heroes

this guy was riding along Oxford Circus as we were heading home

I'm not sure what i found most surprising:

that he was NOT a pedalo for hire and in fact couldn't carry passengers

that he didnt appear to be advertising anything

or

that he was playing an obscure Gary Numan tune from 1981 that only the most hardcore numanoids (cough...like myself) would know and appreciate
