long sitting day

3+ hours with maximum around Herne Bay and back

2+ hours to London Town with Lady Lucy

sat for 3hrs for Marriage of Figgaro at ENO

restless leg kicked in around the 20mins mark and i was deeply uncomfortable for the rest of the show

show was brilliant and clever, and funny in places but somehow fell flat

there was no standing ovation, unusually

quick honest burger then home

2+ more hours driving home

dangerously falling asleep at the wheel: only kept awake by the pain in my legs
