hand fed some big cats some chicken

and excused myself

if i'd kept to my plan to be in ukraine, i could have still been out when the big cat sanctuary cats were being rescued from there and travelled back with them

my whole schedule is buggered this month.

moco museum

moco museum

rendezvoused with maximum in battersea

assembled a futon

changed into somethings more glamorous, and went in the rain to the opening of the MOCO museum

met zandra Rhodes and Andrew Logan, Daniel Lismore and two of my KC agents who had kindly invited us

i THINK Marina Abramovic blew past in yellow, with security

here new show, displayed there was a little dry tbh

the rest of the crowd were apparently extremely wealthy, or dressed to imply this

which was probably good because it was all Damien Hirsts, Banksy, Warhol, Basquiat etc...

and weirdly robbie Williams

some pretty wild art: very instagrammable which seems de rigueur these days: if it doesnt work for selfies, it cant be art

interesting how Banksy's work does NOT stand up well in galleries next to other 'art'
it felt pretty dated.

maybe this is a reflection on how disposable things are and how we need new always?
been there done that, NEXT

or is it one dimensional and not something to be returned to an marvelled at in hundreds of years to come?

or
is it more about our attention spans these days?

skipped the after-party at Nobu

there were canapés from them there at the show

i asked a waiter what kind of sushi he was offering me

'fish', he said

'yes: what fish? i asked

'fish' he said again

'what kind of fish?', i asked again

'Sicily' he said

'that's a country, not a fish', i reasoned

'i dont know what type of fish' said the waiter

we stopped for an off-the-hook 'local' honest burger in Baker Street

it was strange to me to be around Marylebone in the night then

i hadn't been in that neighbourhood in the night, since i was in student living in high-rise halls, opposite madame tussauds, 33 years before that moment

was a fun evening and good to hang out with maximum

RTF late for overdue sleeps
