havent been to the woods for a few weeks

happily got there today

driving in, we were met by a mob of deer about 20 deep, who i unfortunately startled doing down the electric windows to get a photo

trail cam did not reward us with anything of note: more than a performing squirrel who LOVES the camera

the lower pond is frozed

met ~~this koala bear and her handler~~ ma and pa in the local pub for lunch and showed them round the woods a bit after

we can scheme and dream only at this point

although Lucy has declared all-out-war on bamboo
