we enquired about buying his cottage a while ago

seems to sit on its own in the middle of farm land, far from anyone else

so idyllic

but its part of a large estate and has been rented to the same family for decades and they have no plans to change their plans

even though i was wearing glasses, i managed to get a small stick (broken off a branch) jammed into my eye

at first I thought it was stuck in my eyeball but it seems that just 1cm squeezed down the side of it

pretty uncomfortable but hopefully not permanently damaging...

stopped at ali's for an eye bath and mocha
