today i hit my head about 10 times

7 out of 10 times i was wearing a hard hat

3 times i wasn't

including once on the sharp corner of my truck rear door, which floored me

and once on the same rear door at the dump causing me to shout 'FUCK OFF!' very loudly, and then being told off by the staff at dump.

'LANGUAGE!'

'apologies: that's not the first time i've done that today'...

we are making progress

although for how long is still to be decided
