the way home is double harsh

24hrs travelling back through the night, unable to sleep on the plane/s

scary cab to Goa airport: the standard driving style involves overtaking on blind corners

goa to mumbai at midnight

3 hour stop and then 9.5hrs to London for 9am arrival

got as far as cobham services on the m25 before pulling over to violently redecorate some bushes outside, unable to make it to the toilets

'you ok mate?' asked a forecourt employee

''fine: just off a plane from India and not feeling so great'

made it home

and slept badly for the next 17hrs
