drove with maximum to see mum-mum in hospital

she was quite confused when she saw us, and quite confused generally

but after a little sleep and a chest x-ray and a sippy cup, beaker of tea she sparked up a bit

geriatric wards are horrendous places to be

for patients or visitors, NOT the lovely NHS staff fault: just the situation: old people crying or shouting 'KILL ME!' (not this time fortunately)

was quite a revelation for maximum

i like to eat...everything

first thing my mum said after a little nap was 'cup of tea?'
