what's going IN?


since last winter, i've stopped eating half a loaf of bread a day, 

stopped eating sweets (i dont count occasional chocolate as sweets) no haribo etc..

stopped drinking pepsi max, red bull or any other fizzy drinks

and almost completely stopped drinking alcohol: very special occasions only: not 4-5 cans of cider a day, everyday 

i started drinking coffee for the first time in 53 years: i started with 'mocha and 6 sugars' and now I'm down to 'mocha' (no sugars)

next i'll aim in the direction of cuppacino 

i doubt i'll ever get to a black expresso
 
generally feeling better tho
