it's actually an improvement on the dog house, which i spend most of my time in

i keep winning the lottery

most people would be really happy about that

but i have come to learn the bitter disappointment of being sent a 'congratulations you have won the lottery' email, only to find i have won just £4 or even once, a whole £8

i have won the lottery 5 times in 5 weeks and every time, less than a tenner.

in fact i found a £10 lying in a car park this week, with no obvious loser to claim it, so i did

i earned more from someone else's misfortune than from my own winning numbers

i say 'my own' but i'm too lazy to choose so i just 'lucky dip' it

i have more shoots to do in august than ever

but i could still do with winning a little more lottery money please

the odds of winning so often and winning so feebly have to be quite high, don't they?

wishful thinking

how do some people win more than once...?
